A closely held company with both Directors holding 50% stake each.

Started managing Tele-calling processes supported by field services for banking industry as a service provider when Business Process Services was yet to take shape and evolve as an industry.

Name changed to PACE SETTERS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and a structured BPO was formed with focus on digitisation.

Call Centre presence expanded to 5 locations and supporting field fulfilment in 4000+ Pin Codes in India.

Harneet Hariharan took over as Chairperson & Managing Director steering PACE to newer heights.
